These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with https://humansarebusy.com website and related services (the "Service") operated by Kanzu Code Inc ("us", "we", or "our"). Humans Are Busy is a service and brand operated by Kanzu Code Inc.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment information, billing address, and contact details.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases, as well as for creating a user account for the service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Kanzu Code Inc cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or other approved payment methods, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Kanzu Code Inc with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Kanzu Code Inc to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Kanzu Code Inc will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

Kanzu Code Inc, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Kanzu Code Inc will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Service Delivery

Our AI answering service is delivered digitally. Setup timeline and requirements will be communicated during the onboarding process.

You will be notified via email when your service is ready to go live.

Messaging & Communications

By submitting a form, requesting a demo, audit, or service, or otherwise providing your contact information to Humans Are Busy, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS, and email regarding your request, account, service delivery, scheduling, and related service communications.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request assistance by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS will not affect non-SMS service communications that are necessary to fulfill your request or account obligations.

We only send SMS communications to individuals who have provided explicit consent in accordance with applicable telecommunications laws, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Humans Are Busy.

Age Requirement: By using our services or opting in to receive SMS communications from Humans Are Busy, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Kanzu Code Inc on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Kanzu Code Inc.

A refund is valid when the service itself does not work because of issues caused by the service itself. Compatibility issues with third-party systems or services not caused by our Service are not valid grounds for refund.

We recommend contacting our support team immediately if you experience any issues with the Service.

Support

Kanzu Code Inc provides the AI answering service "as is" and with no implied guarantee that it will function exactly as you expect or that it will be compatible with every third-party component or integration.

Support and updates for our service are provided as long as you maintain an active subscription. Should any of the following occur, Kanzu Code Inc will no longer be responsible for providing support for the affected service:

• Your subscription is canceled or expires
• The service is discontinued as a viable product
• Kanzu Code Inc is purchased or acquired by another entity

While we strive to provide excellent support for our service, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can (or will) be resolved to the extent or within a timeframe that fully satisfies the inquirer.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account and service.

We will create an account for you automatically when you schedule a demo call or complete a purchase. We may also use your provided contact details to communicate with you regarding that demo or service request. By providing your information, you grant us permission to create this account.

You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to disclose your account credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. We may retain data that is necessary for legal compliance, billing purposes, or to fulfill our service obligations.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

In no event shall Kanzu Code Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to cancel your subscription.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
